It is near the Festival Hall. I don't know why but my computer can't connect to the Internet from my room. One of the staff tried to tell me the DNS sever's address and other things but finally I could not. It's very important thing for us travellers to get informations from websites. |

Hotel is situated within a short walking distance from the main tourist and concerts area of the city. At the same time there is a bus stop just across the hotel entrance, so one can easily reach the left-riverside of the city, the railway station in particular for apr. 10-15 min. |

As from my previous answer, everything was fine for me The staff from breakfast room is very, very seriously. From my point of view, a smile is much better. It is a problem with the parking even in underground parking car. |

Fruhstuck! and that it was a few minutes walk from the Altestadt. We come from Australia where it is standard, even at the cheapest hotels, to provide a jug with tea & coffee making facilities. We understand that this is unusual in Europe but we still miss it! |

The breakfast was good, as was the location. We received a smoking room and one on the front of the hotel. Tried to keep the windows open to clear the smoke smell, but consequently it was very noisy. It was obvious the hotel was not full, but were told we could not change rooms. The room was also very small and the safe did not work, even though the lady tried to fix it. We felt neither good nor bad about this hotel. |

I had a very pleasant, short stay in Hotel Neutor and was especially impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk. As my room was at the front of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep because the noise of traffic, etc. |

The location was good. The rooms were very small and there was no fridge or coffee making facilities. It was extremely noisy and hot - was impossible to sleep due to the noise if the window was open and the heat if it was closed. Needed air conditioning. Was also not given a non smoking room. |

close to city center ,and parking for my car The rooms were very warm ,requesten a fan ,but they didnot provide the first night .When we opened the windows ,it was you are living in the street .Very noisy and could not sleep all night . |
